Molorchus longicollis
First seen on 18 June 20 on Mallow-leaf Ninebark leaf. I caught it in a vial, cooled it down in the fridge, and photographed and posted it on iNaturalist.
It was IDed that night by Merrill Peterson (author of Pacific Northwest Insects ).
