Life On A Quarter Acre

Dahlica sp.
LL=g_id OT genus

On March 24, I collected this bagworm larva crawling up the side of the garage. I\'m not sure when it pupated or emerged as an adult, but when I looked on April 8 this is what I found\r\n\r\nToday, as I was getting ready to discard the sample, I looked and found about 50 dead larva and a couple of tiny wasps (Telenominae). So I guess the original bagworm larvae, pupated, and deposited her eggs, and the eggs hatched into larvae, which are about 0.5 mm in length.\r\n\r\nHow the wasps fit into this I have no idea.
